Information obligation in relation to the GDPR
In relation to the fulfilment of requirements of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the: Regulation) MOTIONVERSE RADOSŁAW SKONIECZNY, the owner of the web portal www.sacredenquiry.com, informs about the principles of the processing of personal data:

Categories of personal data
The information concerns personal data obtained in other way than from a data subject.
The Controller may process the following categories of data: identification data and an email address.
Personal data is processed as part of IT systems implemented in the web portal geometriapytan.pl for the purposes related to sending the newsletter to your email address.
We do not provide the data to third parties.
Storage of data
SacredEnquiry.com will store data until:
- withdrawal of permission to processing it,
- indication by the mailing system used by us that the provided email address contained in our bases do not exist or that there are other problems with delivery of our messages to an addressee.
The rights of a data subject
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request its correction, deletion, limitation of processing under terms and conditions arising out of the Regulation.
To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the condition of a legitimate interest of the company, you shall have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on permission, you shall have the right to withdraw your permission. Withdrawal of a permission does not affect compliance of the processing carried out on the basis of the permission before its withdrawal.
You also shall have the right to file a complaint to a body supervising compliance with the Regulation ‒ President of the Personal Data Protection Office in the situation where there is a suspicion that the processing of your personal data violates the personal data protection laws.

Withdrawal of permission to the processing of data is possible at any time by contacting
the controller at the email address cards@sacredenquiry.com
Withdrawal of a permission does not affect lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the permission before its withdrawal.
